On Site Services
We also offers on-site/ in the field services in addition to Floor Plans and Home Design. We can take measurements of an existing project for As-built type drawings or we can take measurements for a future project. We can also take any type of photo or video of a project for verification or investigation.

High Sierra Drafting can also help with getting a Conditional Use or Special Use Permit. HSD has vast experience in satisfying the conditions and requirements of the TRPA: "LCV's (Land Capability Verification, SIte Assessments, Coverage Calcs, BMP's, Scenic Assessments, Soils/Hydrology Testing, Qualified Exempt Applications, etc.
